UK STANDARD DELIVERY - (Currently Unavailable)
Deliveries will be made within 3–7 working days after placing your order. If you place your order before 3pm, we’ll make every effort to dispatch it on the same day.
Your order can be delivered any time between 7:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, orders can sometimes be delayed during busy periods.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £4.75 - FREE DELIVERY OVER £80. T&C Apply.
If you place your order before 3pm (Monday-Friday), you will recieve your goods the next working day. So, if you order on Friday, you will recieve on Monday as this is the next working day, NOT SATURDAY. Please use our Saturday Delivery for this service.
If your order is placed after 3pm, you will recieve it on the second working day.
If your order is placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday and you will recieve on Tuesday.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
Your order can be delivered any time between 8:00am–6pm, Monday to Friday. When tracking your order online, you will be able to see a specific 1-hour time slot of when you will recieve your order.
Please note, our next day service is 98% guaranteed, please allow extra time for busy sale periods and/or external factors.
Text Updates - If you provide your mobile phone number when placing your order, you will be able to recieve tracking updates on your mobile phone. You will be alerted when your order has been dispatched, you will recieve a 1-hour time slot of when your order is expected, plus you will have the option to reschedule a delivery, all via your mobile phone. This service is only available with UK Next Day Delivery.
For more urgent deliveries, we also offer the following options:
Like the normal Next Day service, the same rules apply as to when you need to place your order, and when this will be recieved.
Your order can be delivered any time between 8:00am–10am/12pm (your selected service), Monday to Friday. Please note, the text messaging service is not available with this service.
UK SATURDAY DELIVERY - £10.00
This service is available any day of the week. Deliveries will be made On Saturday. If ordering on the previous Friday, please ensure your order is placed before 3pm. If your order is placed after this time, you will recieve it a week later on the following Saturday.
Your order can be delivered any time between 8:00am–6pm. When tracking your order online, you will be able to see a specific 1-hour time slot of when you will recieve your order.
For more urgent Saturday deliveries, we also offer the following options:

INTERNATIONAL
USA & CANADA - £25.00 - (Charges may vary based on dimensions and weight of the parcel. You will be contacted via email regarding any revised charges. Goods will not be shipped until full shipping charges have been paid).
Our delivery service to International countries is standard delivery.
Deliveries will be made within 2 – 5 working days after placing your order. If you place your order before 3pm, we’ll make every effort to dispatch it on the same day.
Please note, we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Delivery FAQ's
Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If you are using our Next day service, and you have provided your mobile phone number, you will recieve updates via your mobile phone.
I have received a faulty/wrong item?
If you feel you have received a faulty/wrong item, please click here to be taken to the returns page.
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty/wrong item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
I am missing an item from my order?
If an item is missing from your order, please let us know the Order Number and the Product Code or Product Name of the item you wanted, and we'll look into it.
What time will my parcel be delivered?
All our delivery services will deliver your goods between 8:00am – 6pm as standard. When tracking your order online, you will be able to see a specific 1-hour time slot of when you will recieve your order, so you are not waiting for it all day. This service is only available on selected delivery services. Please see delivery services above for more information.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. We use an intelligent real time tracking service that not only enables you to track and trace every step of a parcel’s location, but also allows you to see a specific 1-hour time slot of when you will recieve your order. Please email us for your unique tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
What If I am out when my goods are delivered?
If you are out when your goods are delivered, the courier will leave a ‘call card’ with instructions for arranging an alternative, more convenient delivery date. If you do not reply to the card, the courier will re-attempt to deliver the next working day. The courier will do this two times. If there is still no answer or no reply from the card after five days, the item will be returned to the depot.
If you are using our Next Day service, and gave your contact number when ordering online, you can rearrange your delivery at a time that suits you, straight from your mobile phone.
For European countries, the courier will make two attempts to deliver, if both attempts are unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the depot.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
We do not offer this option at this present time. We are adding new countries throughout the year so please check again in a few months.
